To deliver a structured, accredited and holistic vocational training system relevant
to the requirements at the grass-root level, primarily in schools, clubs and communities.
To increase employability of P.E Teachers and sports coaches through improving understanding of child pedagogy and impart appropriate soft skills like communication, child engagement, school & parent communication, first aid and health & safety.
To create a platform that enables P.E Teachers and sports coaches to be identified for placement in suitable jobs at schools, universities, communities and clubs.

TALENT/ATHLETE MANAGEMENT & CONSULTANCY

It’s a challenging task being an ambitious talented athlete nowadays. Apart from being 200% focused on training and competing, there’s also an array of other practical things that athletes face on a daily basis. That’s why we consider it vital to offer professionalism and insight, and meet the needs of our clients in order to sustain career longevity. We want to make sure our athletes are taken care of so that they can continue to grow and develop.

Our sole focus is to ensure that we manage and nurture their career pathways so they can fulfill those ambitions.

Under our “Sport Social Responsibility” (SSR) theme, the corporate world, foundations and Sterling sports together bring in the resources to impart physical education and sports training as essential skills to the most deserving government and municipal schools delivering the right balance of coach, curriculum and sports equipment in order to deliver a high quality programme similar to private schools.
